Appointments & Deposits
- Booking Appointments: All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- Deposit Policy: A non-refundable $30 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied to the final cost of your service.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a forfeited deposit.
- No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. Future bookings may require an additional deposit.
Late Arrival Policy
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re running late, kindly notify us as soon as possible.
- Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, we may need to:
- Reschedule your appointment, or
- Shorten your service time (full price will still apply)
Hair Service Pricing
- Starting Prices: All service prices are starting rates. The final cost may vary based on hair length, thickness, and service complexity.
- Consultations: We offer consultations to understand your hair goals. Additional charges may apply if an in-depth consultation or added service is needed.
Payment Methods & Gratuity
- We accept all major credit/debit cards, cash, and mobile payments (such as Venmo and CashApp).
- Gratuity: Tips are not included in the service price but are greatly appreciated.
Health & Safety
- If you have allergies or sensitivities, please inform your stylist before your appointment.
- We adhere to strict sanitation guidelines to provide a clean and safe environment for all clients.
Service Guarantee
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your service, please notify us within 7 days, and we will gladly address your concerns.
